Q: How to connect it with your phone
(1) The app is "VeryFit". You can install it by scanning the QR code on the watch or user manual. It is compatible with iOS 9.0 / Android 6.0 or above smartphones.(Not for iPads, PCs or Tablets, Samsung J3)
(2) After installation, please open the app to scan the QR code on the watch to connect. Once connected, the time and date are automatically synced. (*Note: Do not connect the watch directly through your phone's Bluetooth pairing list.)
Q: How to charge it
(1) The fitness tracker is charged through the built-in USB, no charging cable required. Detach the strap below the home button from the watch and you can see the USB plug with metal pins.
(2) Insert the metal pins into any USB port. (*Please ensure that the metal strips align with the USB strips.)
(3) After slight vibration, and the battery icon will be shown on the screen.
(*Note: If the watch doesn't charge, please turn it over to try again.)
Tips:
When you just received the watch, please charge the watch for a longer time to activate.
