1.Before turning on the device, please stay relaxed, then sit quietly and observe.

2.Place the cuff on the left arm above the elbow so that the edge is about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above the elbow joint and the tube is in the middle of the arm. Wrap the wrist strap tightly around the arm.
3.Raise the palm of your left hand and place your elbow on a table or flat surface. Sit upright and relax, do not move or talk, and breathe regularly.
4.Turn on the Blood Pressure Monitor, press the on/off button, stay relaxed and start the measurement. The result will be displayed on the screen. You will see and hear the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heartbeat every minute.
In the off state, long press the MEM key until the year in the upper right corner starts to flash.
The year flashes to indicate the start of setting the date and time.
The SET key in the setting state means increase or decrease, and the MEM key means confirm.
After setting the date and time, you will enter the sound setting, ON means turn on the sound and OFF means turn off the sound.
