Each multipurpose exfoliator is double sided.

Step 1: Exfoliate. For any skin roughness, apply smaller bristle side to damp skin and gently work in a circular motion for flake free and smooth skin. This technique can be used on lips, face, nose (for pore exfoliation) and anywhere you need a little de-flake TLC. For a more intense exfoliation, used with your favorite cleansing oils or sugar scrubs.

Step 2: Massage. Flip the exfoliator to the large round bristle side, and with damp skin, massage in circular motions for stress relief and greater absorption of products (when used with a balm or lotion). Can be used on lips, face and all over body. Bonus! Can also be used as a lymphatic drainage tool for face and lips. Keep your skin smooth and well circulated with the Vigtig Essential Exfoliator.
