This Oxtail Soup is a simple, powdered and delicious soup which is easy to use and a great way to minimise waste. Simply combine the powder with boiled water and stir until it thickens. Makes 14 Litres. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, modified starch, palm fat, salt, maltodextrin, potassium chloride, tomato puree powder (4.2 ), caramel syrup, flavourings, beef (1.1 ), soy sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT), potato starch, fructose, spices (turmeric, coriander, parsley root powder, allspice), yeast extract, herbs (thyme, bay leaves), oxtail meat (0.01 ), sunflower oil. May contain egg, milk, celery and mustard. DIRECTIONS 1. Ensure the product is well mixed before weighing out. Stir 76g of soup mix into 1 litre of boiling water. 2. Bring soup back to the boil. 3. Simmer for approximately 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.Entire pack 14L water 82x170ml portions. Added salt.
