Why Is Our Olive Oil So Healthy
On the arid soil of Greece, the unique Koroneiki olive grows. They are small, black, and have a strong aroma. This olive's pulp and pit area is in a 1:1 ratio. Because it has a low acid level, its pure oil has a robust flavor but a mild one with, at most, 0.6 % acidity.
