How should we use it?

1?Sit as close to the light as possible between10cm and 20cm. You can start your normal activities while using it.

2?The most effective time of day for easement is from6 am to 6 pm, we recommend use the Sun lamp for2 hours per dayfor 7 consecutive days to be the most effective.

3?Do not stare directly into the sun lamp throughout use as this may cause retinal overstimulation, allowing for brief staring into the light.
