One serving of Quinoa contributes towards one of your 5 portions of Veg a day. They're Vegetarian Society Approved and Vegan. Each pouch serves 2 (125g per serving). INSTRUCTIONS: Serve hot or cold. Squeeze the pouch to loosen the Grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of Water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within 3 days. We do not recommend that you freeze the pouch itself however, once the contents are removed from the packaging, they can be stored safely in the freezer.
