Barley and Gram Flour Pizza Ingredients: - 1/2 cup barley flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 cup cheese spread
- as required Water
Instructions: Take a bowl add flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, oil, needed water mix well, knead a dough, keep aside. Then take a dough and shape up a pizza, then spread a cheese, and bake a pizza. Now ready to serve. | Flatbread Ingredients: - Barley Flour - 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour - Half Cup
- Grated Carrot - Half Cup
- Chopped Onion - 2 Spoon (Optional)
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
Instructions: In a bowl, mix barley flour, wheat flour, grated carrot, chopped onion, salt, 2 spoon oil. Crumble the mixture by hands. Now knead a smooth dough using water. Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes. Now roll out a paratha & cook on griddle applying oil both sides. When cooked from both the sides, its ready to enjoy. | Vegan Zucchini Bread Ingredients: - 3 cups barley flour
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 3 cups zucchini grated
- 1 cup apple sauce unsweetened, 1 1/2 cups coconut sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Grease two 9x5" loaf pans or round pans with avocado oil or coconut oil. In a large bowl, mix the barley flour, chia seeds, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini, applesauce, sweetener and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture until combined. Divide the batter between your pans. Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the zucchini bread comes out clean. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Enjoy! |
