Our Energy Bars do not contain any added flavours or sweeteners, just natural whole foods!

As our founder, Charlotte, is Coeliac - all of our bars are 100% gluten free. We use gluten free oats and they’re manufactured in a gluten free facility.

We haven’t added any sweeteners to our bars. The sweetness comes from naturally occurring sugars found in date syrup, coconut sugar and other superfoods.

There are less than 200 calories in each bar.

There is between 5-6g of fibre in each bar, to help support your gut health too.

The natural source of caffeine in our energy bars is from the Brazilian superfood, Guarana. It is naturally high in caffeine, so it provides a good source of energy - without the jittery feeling associated with coffee or green tea.

here is 68mg of caffeine per bar, which is the same as a single espresso.

You get 3 of each flavour in our Variety Box (Banana Bread, Blueberry Muffin, Hazelnut Cacao & Peanut Butter), for 12 bars in total.

All of our Rheal Energy bars are not suitable for those with Peanut, Other Nuts, Sesame or Soy allergies. They naturally contain caffeine, so they are not recommended for children or pregnant women.
