Our Hazelnut Cacao Bar does not contain any flavourings, just Peruvian Raw Cacao, Cacao Nibs & Hazelnuts for that delicious Hazelnut Chocolate flavour you love most!
As our founder, Charlotte, is Coeliac - all of our bars are 100% gluten free. We use gluten free oats and they’re manufactured in a gluten free facility.
We haven’t added any sweeteners to our bar. The sweetness comes from naturally occurring sugars found in date syrup and coconut sugar.

The natural source of caffeine in our energy bars is from the Brazilian superfood, Guarana. It is naturally high in caffeine, so it provides a good source of energy - without the jittery feeling associated with coffee or green tea.
There is 68mg of caffeine per bar, which is the same as a single espresso.
All of our Rheal Energy bars are not suitable for those with Peanut, Other Nuts, Sesame or Soy allergies. They naturally contain caffeine, so they are not recommended for children or pregnant women.
