Eggs, Water or Milk, Oil, Vanilla Extract
Pancakes (4")

Whisk eggs, water or milk, oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended.
Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.
Cook until edges start to dry, flip and brown other side. About 1 1/2 minutes each side.
*If batter is thick add 1 Tbsp milk or water at a time until pourable.

Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting.
Whisk eggs, water or milk, oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended.
Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.
Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
*If batter is thick add 1 Tbsp milk or water at a time until pourable.
