Cassia powder, when mixed with water into a paste, can be used as a treatment for your hair and scalp. It soothes the scalp and increases volume and shine of your hair. If Cassia is mixed with some acid liquid such as lemon juice, and left to sit overnight, it can release a golden dye which can be used to give a golden tint to light coloured, grey or light blonde hair. Cassia can also be mixed with henna, or henna and indigo mixtures.
