As with all of our infused olive oils, the "labour of love" that goes into creating our basil oil is simply astonishing. Fresh basil is picked, washed, dried and then submerged into premium, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil for several days of stirring, tasting, and waiting. When mother and son are fully satisfied that the flavour is perfect, the basil is removed and the oil bottled without delay to capture its freshness.
