But here's the twist, Try topping your pesto pasta with a mixture of parmesan cheese and almond meal for added flavor and texture.The flavor combination is delicious and incredibly unique, Try adding lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the almond meal as a complete substitute to parmesan cheese over pesto, Use your almond pesto and spread over sliced baguette for a delicious crostini appetizer. Another way we love to use this product is to replace it with breadcrumbs.
