How to Cook Aksoy Argentina White White Beans
Ingredients: 2 cup Aksoy white beans, 4-5 tbsp olive oil, 1 big onion, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 tbsp pepper paste (optional), 1/2 tsp flour(Aksoy Corn Flour), salt(Aksoy Himalayan Salt), red pepper(Aksoy Turkish Sweet/Hot Pepper Flakes), black pepper, hot water
- Soak Aksoy Argentina White Beans overnight
- Wash and drain and put it in a pan and add plentiful water and begin to cook for about 30-40min.(Don't forget to discard the foamy part)
- Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker or regular big pan, and add chopped onions.When the onions are ready, add the tomato and pepper paste and after add precooked the beans. Stir for about 2-3 mins.
- Add salt, red pepper, black pepper, and a tsp flour and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add hot water covering about 2 cm top of the beans and cook closing the pressure cooker for at least about 20 minutes or more until beans are soft.
Serve as is or with cooked Aksoy Vermicelli Bulgur Wheat / Aksoy Baldo Rice
