Our family takes care of the bees and has been producing honey since 1988 with respect to nature and tradition. In this daily journey of knowledge offered by the bee community, we are constantly discovering the truth of nature and life. Love, that is, through giving.

The rich flora of Greece and the nomadic beekeeping that we follow ensure the quality and taste of our products. We choose semi-mountainous and mountainous prefectures away from cultivation, so that they remain pure. We wanted to share with you these flavors that accompany us on each of our trips throughout Greece, from the slopes of Mount Olympus to the shores of the Ionian Islands.

Do you know the most important product of the bee

Pollination, the fertilization of the flower to become fruit, is the most valuable commodity that bees provide to humans and the environment. Without pollination, the food that ends up on our plates would be much less, as 1/3 of crops rely on it. The bee's contribution to both the natural environment and humans is not limited to its products.

The unfermented honey is the one that is collected from the honeycomb and supplied to the consumer exactly as it is produced, without any processing, like Alambasini's honeys!
The heat treatment that honey undergoes destroys most of the nutrients it contains and reduces its nutritional value.
Crystallization is a natural property of honey that does not change its nutritional and biological value, but only its external characteristics, such as its colour and texture.
