How we get our start
Alises started as one of those crazy ideas that only happen after a good meal shared with family and friends.
We often talked about how much we all missed the taste of real home cooking and realised that, although available at some specialist shops, this normally came at the expense of quality and convenience, which we didn't think was justified.
