Each Toner Kit includes a nourishing hair mask with our bond building Briteplex to repair and strengthen your hair after lightening for the ultimate at-home coloring experience. Ideal for bleached or very light blonde hair. PETA certified, vegan, and cruelty-free. HOW TO USE - Read all safety directions and instructions. Do sensitivity test and strand test before use. Mix colorant and developing lotion in a plastic bowl. Apply to sections of clean, dry hair using a tint brush. Allow to develop for 5-10 minutes, checking every 5 minutes until you reach your desired color. Do not leave on longer than 30 minutes. Rince thoroughly. Apply a small amount of the included hair mask. Leave on 5-20 minutes. Rinse clean. Use after bleaching or every 3 weeks.
