How to use our seasoning blends as a dry rub.
Method
- Take 1kg of your chosen meat and cut to size, rub a little oil on (optional)
- Sprinkle over 40-50g of dry rub, rub in until coated entirely.
- Add more rub / oil and repeat if necessary
- Place your meat on skewers and grill or place in and oven proof dish and cover with foil and cook in oven.
For best results
- Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs.
- Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
- Marinade your meat in the spices overnight in the fridge
