Create Your Own Press-ON Nails
- Step 1: Choose your nail tip
There's 600 pieces in each pack so plenty to use! it came with an array of sizes to fit different nail beds. For an even more perfect match, file the sides of the press-on nail to fit your nail beds. If you find that you can't find the perfect size for your nail, go for one slightly larger and file it down to your nail size.
- Step 2: Use putty and set on top of nail stand
You also can do your nails directly on your natural nails or gluing the nail tips onto your nails first. You will need putty or double-sided tape for your nail tips to adhere to these stands. If you use putty, make sure you use a big chunk; otherwise, your nail tips will continuously come off, making this process unnecessarily annoying.
- Step 3: Apply base coat, color and top coat
apply base coat and cure under your lamp for 15 seconds. Then, adding 2 colors of your gel polish coat (curing between each layer) and finished off with your top coat (and cured). You can cure for about 30 seconds to make sure that it's fully cured before touching the nail
- Step 4: Glue them to your nails!
Apply your glue with how long you want your press-on nails to last. If you're hoping to switch up your nail look just for the weekend, only use a couple of drops of glue; if you want your press-ons to last for a week or more, cover your entire nail in glue.
- Step 5: Press the nail on your nail bed
Once you have everything aligned, press gently and hold the nail down to your nail bed for 10-20 seconds until it is firmly in place.
