Our Funkin Raspberry Purée is made from our own secret blend of three different varieties of Raspberry.

Our Raspberries are sourced from both hemispheres to ensure a consistent rounded flavour is delivered throughout the year so you can always use the sweet, tangy raspberry flavour in your cocktail creations.

A consistent, hassle-free solution with no wastage or preparation.

Hot Cross Bun

Ingredients: 50 ml Brandy, 25 ml Funkin Rhubarb Syrup, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon, 25 ml Funkin Raspberry Puree.

Method: Build in a glass with ice and churn.

Garnish: Hot crossed bun, mint leaves and berries.

Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients: 50 ml Rum, 25 ml Funkin Raspberry Puree, 37.5 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime, Mint leaves, Soda.

Method: Add mint sprigs to a glass, bash lightly with muddler. Half-fill glass with crushed ice. Add rest of ingredients (except soda). Churn. Add ice. Top with soda.

Garnish: Mint sprig and raspberries.

Rhu Da Day

Ingredients: 25 ml Gin, 25ml Funkin Raspberry Puree, 25 ml Funkin Rhubarb Syrup, 25 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon.

Method: Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish: Mint sprig and Rhubarb and Custard sweets.
