Parsley

Italian Rubbed parsley has a distinctive earthy flavour and aroma.

Sage

Rosemary

Cut rosemary has a distinctive pinewood aroma and a strong bitter-sweet flavour.

• Ideal for use with lamb or pork – sprinkle on before roasting or use in a sauce or gravy.
• Can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes, goes particularly well with lemon.
• Enhances tomato based dishes and is excellent in soups, stews and sauces

Mixed Herbs

A classic blend of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme, parsley, marjoram, oregano and sage.

• A delicious combination of herbs.
• Quick and easy to use, just sprinkle over dishes for instant flavour.
• Blend with breadcrumbs and press over a rack of lamb towards end of cooking.
• Whisk into olive oil, white wine vinegar and mustard for a quick vinaigrette.

Bouquet Garni Sachet

• Literally meaning 'garnished bouquet' this blend of herbs is inspired by France and often used in casseroles, soups and stews.
• A mixture of dried and finely chopped thyme, bay leaves, marjoram and parsley.
