Here Is Our Warm Tip:

1. Please do not add any essential oils to the humidifier.

2. Do not use distilled water and pure water, just use tap water or mineral water for humidifier.

3. After normal use for a period of time, if water droplets gather, please gently wipe the lower spray nozzle with a wet paper towel.

4. Do not place a cover above the humidifier to avoid condensation of water mist and hinder the normal operation of the humidifier.

5. If it's on a hard surface then recommend a cloth under it. Please don't use any disinfectant to clean it.

6. Replace the cotton swab tube / humid sticks every 3 months to maintain the life of the product.

7. Please avoid losing the spring at the bottom of the swab when replacing the swab or to wet the swab faster.
