What is Black Truffle Mustard

We begin with an authentic Dijon mustard produced in France. This luxury mustard was selected for it's mild heat & extremely high-quality ingredients. Whole mustard seeds are crushed and cold blended with the rest of the ingredients to ensure the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. The mustard is then expertly infused with highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).

What does it taste like Light in texture, with a mild heat and heady black truffle taste. It combines perfectly with meats as a dip or marinade.

How should I use it This condiment is designed for everyday luxury, so spread it on everything! Perfect for adding depth to burgers and sausages, or creating gourmet mustard salad dressings.

Recipe Suggestion for Black Truffle Mustard

Recipe Suggestion - Black Truffle Mustard Lamb Burger

Cooking Method

Makes 4 ¼ lb burgers, they can be made well in advance of cooking)

Step 1: Amalgamate all three ingredients, refrigerate for at least 30 min

Step 2: Remove from the fridge and form into 4 112g/ ¼ lb pates

Step 3: Rest in the fridge again for 30 min (the closer these pates are to fridge temperature the more evenly they will cook

Step 4: Lay onto a medium hot griddle or frying pan ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook on two minutes each side and repeat until the juices run clear from the burger

Step 5: Serve in a brioche roll with a summer salad with TruffleHunter Condiments

2tsp of Black Truffle Mustard
2 tsp of Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt
