One is a spicy piquillo pepper sauce with red chilies; serve it with wrinkled new potatoes (Papas con mojo), meats, pasta or in casseroles, and the other, a green pepper sauce with herbs and green chilies; serve it with fish and seafood, potatoes, or grilled vegetables...delicious!
