Why Our Berries are USDA Organic
With goji berries exports volume skyrocketing to 12,600 tons, Ningxia, China is widely considered the best place to cultivate the highest quality goji berry thanks to the unique geographical, climatic, and environmental factors.
Known since ancient times for its perfect climate conditions for producing these "red diamonds", Ningxia continues to be one of the most important agricultural sources of goji berries throughout China.
Because we deal directly with the farmers and support their families, Wholeberry is very clear regarding the quality of each lot of berries that goes into each bag.
To better meet the growing demand of consumers in the U.S., wholeberry worked with agricultural experts to guide the Ningxia Goji Berry Farmer's Union in the process of planting their crop to meet the USDA organic standard.
With these new techniques, the farmers were able to produce pristine crops to meet the exacting standards of today's consumers.
