ZINT ORGANIC CACAO NIBS: THE PUREST FORM OF CHOCOLATE
Dark, decadent, romantic. Chocolate is one of nature's singular pleasures. While most store-bought chocolate comes with added ingredients that undermine the health benefits, chocolate in the form of pure cacao is nothing short of a delicious healthy-aging superfood. With 20 times the antioxidant content of blueberries, it's one of densest antioxidants in the world. It's also packed with resveratrol, magnesium, iron, and manganese, offering profound benefits for your overall well-being.*
THE ZINT DIFFERENCE
Our organic, Fair Trade Certified cacao nibs bring chocolate back to its wholesome essence. Grown in the Andean mountains of Peru with its ideal climate and evenly spread precipitation, our cacao beans are selectively harvested by hand for ripeness. After being fermented and sun-dried, the beans are dehusked, and broken into crunchy, richly flavored raw nibs that preserve all of cacao's amazing nutrients.
HOW TO USE IT
Cacao nibs are versatile and delicious. Try subbing them for chocolate chips in baking recipes such as cookies and brownies, make trail mixes with nuts and dried fruit, grind them up and add them to smoothies, or just snack on them right out of the pouch!
ZINT RECIPE: CACAO COFFEE
- 1 tbsp Zint Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 tsp Zint Gelatin Powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 splash coconut oil
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven 350 degrees, then bake one cup cacao nibs on a baking sheet for 15 minutes (you're making more than one serving so you can save the roasted nibs and make cacao coffee in the future!). Remove and let it cool. Grind 1 tbsp of the roasted nibs in a coffee grinder. Use the ground nibs to prepare the usual way you make your coffee, letting it steep for five minutes. Add the gelatin, coconut oil, and cinnamon to your cup and drink!
